This healthy salad dressing is an essential ingredient in my house. It is a great addition to any salad and is very nutritious! It can be made in a heartbeat as well using kitchen staples.
It can be enjoyed in place of the dressings from this Vegan Walnut, Pear and Avocado Salad (pictured below) or this Apple, Walnut, Spinach and Feta Salad

This dressing in a typical serving is Low FODMAP.
It is naturally suitable for those with a lactose intolerance, and who are gluten free.
It's also nightshade free, and suitable for those following a pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan diet.
